Is it legal to use drones to take pictures of private property ?

I am fairly certain someone clever could install a signal jammer that stops drones flying over your property. Not sure of the legality.

This seems to be a little much.

Amazing.

Is it legal for me to shoot your car up because I saw you drive past my house? Asking for a friend.

If your friend is under 26 in DC, yes

If it's the incident in Fauquier, the drone operators were flying in the vicinity of Robert Duvall's property. His next door neighbor, probably one of those hard-boiled horsewomen, got tired of dealing with it and shot it down. I think they've changed the law to make it illegal to shoot down a drone.

It’s always been illegal at the Federal level but as of last year they hadn’t pursued any cases. https://abovethelaw.com/2020/05/is-it-illegal-to-shoot-down-a-drone-same-as-plane-faa-says-as-minnesota-man-charged-with-felony/

But that's enough to allow your harasser to obtain civil damages if your defend yourself

Well insurance companies are using drones for properties and dropping coverage for what they find.
