How are you carving out “me” time

What don’t you like about audiobooks? That might help with a recommendation.

The Dream is a pretty good one though.

I make dinner while husband wraps up his work and child reads. Then close myself in our guest room for an hour of exercise, followed by a quick shower and back down to heat up dinner and eat. Every day, non-negotiable...exercise break.
