Link your comforters or duvets? I hate the way my bed looks and can’t decide which to get. Has anyone bought the Buffy?

Yes, and it's really dumb. My DH likes a nicely made bed so he's in charge of this. I swear he has even made the bed around me when I'm sleeping in. Its obnoxious. We have about 6 useless pillows and one useless blanket.

I feel like this must be unusual for a man.

He's a neat freak. Retired 4 star general. Runs the house like a military operation.

We don’t make our bed. Our house is perfectly neat, but our bedroom we let go.

I do think it is a military thing. My former Army DH will make his side of the bed when he gets up, even if I’m still in it. I like to pull the covers back to let the bed air out in the morning, and when I come out from my shower he has snuck back upstairs and made my side of the bed. I’ve told him multiple times that I left the covers down on purpose, to no avail. The good thing is that he is also incapable of leaving dirty dishes in the sink, so there’s that.

Yup. Wife of retired 4 star here.

My DH, like clockwork wakes up at 530AM, works out and goes for a run. He comes upstairs and takes a shower. If I'm still sleeping (and I usually am because we are dead opposite) he will literally make the bed with me in it.

The upside is that I NEVER have to clean up after him and if he sees something dirty (like the inside of the fridge, or the fans need dusting) he just does it without saying anything.

When the kids were younger I did put my foot down about their bedrooms. That was their space. However he was often deployed and when he'd come home he would clean for 3 days to being the house up to standard.
