Toto washlet. I have four.

I just installed mine 3 days ago and I love it. The water makes a direct hit, if you know what I mean, so it doesn't go all over the place. You can adjust the spray forward or backward a few inches as needed. It is very cold but kind of numbing also which isn't bad. I have have to be careful to only use the lower pressure settings. Learned that pretty quickly. Mine is one that requires removing the toilet seat them mounting it back with the modified sprayer in place and hooking up the water. Took maybe 30 minutes and was easy as can be. There are no remnants left behind.

It's just cold the first few seconds. Then it kind of numbs you. I've come to like the cold water. Kinds shrinks things up.

I grew up in SE Asia. All our home toilets have this. It was difficult moving to the US and not being able to wash.

It will work for skinny people or if you use a squatty potty so that you evacuate cleanly and completely, without stuff smearing on your bum. Then when you are being sprayed, a precise and small area gets rinsed leaving you clean. When you stand up the wet area is squeezed by your bottoms so the water is squeezed out and the area is no longer dripping wet. The remaining dampness is soaked in your underwear and that also dries up quickly with your natural body heat. I cannot imagine fat people who are sitting without squatting will not soil a larger area of their bums. Yes, this will not work for most of the Americans. They will need a powerwash. There is a reason that fights have occured over TPs.

WTF

You're both very interested in fat people going to the bathroom AND you have a weird idea of how it actually works. An overweight person doesn't, in my experience, have a bunch of poop smeared around their butt area. JC.

+1.

What in the actual f*ck, dude, stop fantasizing about obese people washing their bums. I can't tell whether you are disappointed they 'do it wrong' or excited.

Have you ever worked as a nurse or in a nursing home? Poop smears everywhere on the cheeks!

But it seems that this would do let's say an incomplete job. Do you then do it from the front? Seems like you'd get water everywhere.

Thank you for asking this question. I wondered too.

Would love to know too.
