Most moderates are for common sense gun control, doesn't matter if they live in the middle of the country or not. I actually think policies like taxing big soda is a good idea. I much prefer Bloomberg to Trump or any of the lefties. And Trump barely won in many of the middle of the country battle ground states (less than 1%), so yes, I do think Bloomberg can win it. -signed an Independent |
You're not as independent as you think if you're ok with someone else telling you how much soda you're "allowed" to drink. |
Yeah someone asked Bloomberg what Americans would think of having two Nee York billionaires face each other in an election and he said “who’s the other billionaire?” Trump isn’t so rich-Tiffany and Marla were trying to get salons to comp their hair care during the inauguration. |
Is he leading or even top 3 in polls in *any* individual states? |
I'll vote for anyone but Trump. Bloomberg is not my favorite. |
You leftists need to get out of the city more. You all are clueless!! |
It's bubble-vision. Totally prevents them from seeing the world outside the beltway. |

I am actually an Independent, used to be R, but common sense should prevail. Big soda has zero redeeming quality and causes lots of health issues. Think Mountain Dew mouth, and if you have no idea what I'm referring to, google the documentary. No one is preventing you from drinking that crap, but just as the government imposed high taxes on cigarettes, they can do the same for other things that cause health issues that the public ends up paying for. |
eh.. I can say the same to rural people who have never left their tiny little insular towns. Maybe it would open up their eyes. Certainly, many have left those areas to never return. Why do you think that is if rural areas are so wonderful? |
I'll agree with you the small town bubble is as isolated as the liberal urban bubble is. The vast majority live in neither. But in ordinary suburbs and ordinary cities. |
Define “ordinary city.” |
but then we'd have to mix with toothless rubes who think trump is virtuous. |
You’re in a bubble if you think there’s any substantial left presence inside the beltway. Nanny state scolds from Ivy League schools are right-wing, no matter how much they grind your gears. |
Same here. |
