| 12:59 - I like your way of calculating. I'm also a $200/week shopper for family of 3. A family grocery bill might be low, but what and how much is that family eating at meals - and/or how much is that family choosing to spend on carry-out or take-out or just plain eating-out, and is that included in the "grocery" or "entertainment" part of the budget? We eat mostly at home; I'm okay with a higher grocery bill because I decide what's in my food and whether I'm eating healthfully or not. Budget-wise and calorie-wise, eating out has now become a real treat! |
