New person moves in, old person forced out. No net change in population. You do realize that for someone to be "displaced" there has to be someone moving in to displace them, right?

Same in all. DC used to have many southern charm characteristics such as people sitting out front and also greetings. That was a good thing. Now people look angry, busy, tired, preoccupied, frowny. Need to bring back the hellos.
