Discovered Rescue is a Pit Mix - PG County

Maybe I am misunderstanding you, but American Pit Bull Terrier is definitely a breed.

I said that in my post that. But most people refer to "pit bull" as a breed. It is not. It is usually a catch-all based on physical characteristics and includes the Am Bull Terrier.
