He is moderating (its own private hell) a very successful website that he started, with his wife. He has a dry sense of humor and will be blunt and straightforward about his personal beliefs. He moderates out most of the gross stuff from either side, keeping the place clean and tidy, even if people are butting heads all the time.

What's not to like?

I removed some pictures from this thread because they weren't of me (though sort of looked like me). The last picture is about 15 years old. I gained a lot of weight after that, but then lost a bunch. So now I'm probably 15 pounds lighter than in that photo. Mike, our son in the photo, is now 18. Maria has gotten even prettier.

JSteel is sooooo smoooth. He does not want to disappoint his fan base and he does not want to get Maria mad and he does not want people stalking him and he does not want his kid to read all of this and find it ew-worthyu. By putting a family picture up, he has basically diplomatically done all of the above. No wonder he is such a good moderator.

Also, he did not scold any of us. Because he knows that we all are harmless. No bunny boiler on this forum.

BTW, JSteel - I appreciated your post on how you dropped your weight. Unfortunately I could not sustain it for even a day, I only have to drop 17lbs and I hope to get there this year.
