If they cared and were consistent with the teachings of Jesus and the Bible, they would have done it then, as well.

You don't know that they weren't, or that they knew it was happening under other administrations (with much, much less frequency, which is why it got so little attention).

You'd have to be a real cynical douchebag to think splitting up families and putting kids in cages is OK under one president but not another. Are you accusing the people who run this church of that? Without proof?
