Sad life and sad death; he had a chance yet he blew it. RIP.

Adopt the repeated drug offender? Good luck with that.

I hope Mexican police will find and punish those who killed this young Mexican citizen.

Your joke is in poor taste.

It is actually a joke to thiink that the Mexican police can capture any criminals. They specialize in shaking down German sex tourists.

Less than 30% of DC murders are solved.

Talk about a third-world city.

I don't even want to think about Baltimore.

Both ruled by the Dem Party for decades.

Possession of paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license. My brother has both of those. He didn't get a death sentence for those crimes. Unlike this poor kid.

Is your brother here illegally?

He was brought here at age 3. This is pretty much punishing him for the sins of his parents.

He was drinking and driving when he was picked up. Speeding drunk. That was the offense that put him in front of the federal judge.

Deport the Trump supporters. They’re traitors.

He was driving drunk? No question that should be a deportable offense. We have enough Americans killed by drunk drivers as it is.

I dunno. It might have been marijuana. Either way, it was a misdemeanor.

The originnal article posted said he was arrested "last fall." Article was published in 2018. The rapsheet is dated 2016. So, it is likely there was more than one infraction.

Also, it said he should be graduating this year from high school--but, he would be 20 years old. That doesn't make sense, either--unless he struggled in school or was absent a lot.

The article also said he'd been working during school to support his family. As a high schooler.

Doesn't matter if it was a misdemeanor. He was driving impaired and was putting the lives of innocent Americans at risk.

People who have been permitted to remain in this country, despite their illegal status, need to follow the rules to the letter.
