+1. My MIL makes a big deal about not being able to find “healthy” foods when she travels. Her usual breakfast order is: flavored yogurt of some kind, fruit and granola. It’s basically a sugar bomb. She’d be much better off eating bacon and eggs.

Even harder is to find gluten free meals when you are in Europe.

I try to plan what I'm going to eat in advance. I try to remember that this isn't the last time I see <fill in blank with favorite food.>

I also take this with me. It tells me honestly if I'm total off course.
