Don't know about dismissal time, but lots of kids involved in afterschool programs everyday like drama, sports, etc. The kids leaving at 3:15 are generally not engaged in those activities

Today I saw a group of SH kids waiting for the 8th and E bus try to kick a small dog and then cuss out its owner. They all thought it was hilarious.
