Posted in the other thread but DD's NNAT was around 60th percentile - 105 or something like that? Don't know the others but never got a letter about being in pool so clearly not exceptional. Hopefully someone else has better answers for you. (But maybe my DD will give hope to anyone looking at this next year without fantastic scores, LOL.)

Did you parent refer?

Got it. And good for her! I’m not sure if you know GBRS but I’m guessing it’s pretty high.

Did u so the teacher about the reading level and math or did u get that from the packet? How can I find out if DC is in Level II?

Congrats to all who’ve been accepted!

You would have been notified at the end of K for 1st grade and at the end of 1st for second grade if your kid was eligible for Level II services. And you have to sign a letter consenting to the services.

i remember seeing somewhere(report card or AAP packet) my DS is level II service, but nobody asked us to sign anything.

They don't take WPPSI into account. And did they really test your kid all the way up to a 60 DRA or is that a typo. There was a thread recently where someone claimed they were not allowed to test beyond a 38.

Thanks! I don't know it, but I'm going to ask her teacher for that & her CoGAT because now I'm curious. I honestly didn't stress about it all too much (or ask for any scores, haha) since I didn't figure she had much of a shot. (She gets good grades and likes to learn but I know that alone isn't enough.)

They completely ignore GBRS from private school. I'm not sure why you were shocked.
