I'm a trainer and yoga teacher and I get how it seems redundant or annoying. I don't post that stuff as I'm there most every day, I may post special workshops that I am going to/go to or an especially big race photo, but I get it.
Ive found that its usually happening from people with a specific weight loss or training goal, and if it helps them achieve their goals, super. I'm sure that there is something that annoys everyone so I just keep scrolling if it bothers me. |
