Non-Jews doing the Chinese food and a movie on Christmas - cultural appropriation?

What if you are Chinese?

Wait? Didn't the Jews culturally appropriate Chinese food?

Not sure how Chinese food is appropriation from Jews seeing as how it’s, well, Chinese. As for the movies, well, I ain’t touching that one, what with the Hollywood Jews stereotypes. This is truly one of the most moronic, plea for attention threads I’ve ever read here.

Yes! They need to stop appropriating Chinese food and only eat Jewish food instead. Is Chinese food even kosher?

We've been doing this for years, but only because we're too lazy to cook an actual Christmas dinner!

The irony of someone calling Christians eating Chinese food like Jewish people do cultural appropriation! Since when is eating Chinese food a Jewish thing? Maybe the Jewish people eating Chinese food is cultural appropriation. See how ridiculous this is?

Not to derail (any more) but can anyone recommend a good Chinese restaurant in Alexandria City. We loved one place but they changed owners, and the food is now horrible.

Thanks

Taking something from another culture and claiming it to be your own without giving credit to the originators IS cultural appropriation - big, big difference.

I think whites have got that down pat.

We appreciate other cultures, we’re racist. We don’t, we’re racist. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t, so do whatever the hell you want.

Cultural appropriation from Jews has happened, but not Chinese food. Bagels. BAGELS. That is jewish which is now american. And you goyim's have bastardized them, with blueberry, chocolate chip, etc. A bagel should be Plain, Salt, Onion, Garlic, Sesame, or Poppy. Or everything.

I want to see you appropriate Gefilte fish. Bwah ha ha ha.

Just stop

Nothing makes me cringe harder than my molars chomping down on a salt or everything [salt] covered bagel. So gross.

We had Chinese food on Christmas Eve because I didn't want to cook a big meal. We also have been going to the movies on Christmas Day for years. It's an American thing, not a Jewish thing.

Usually new movies are released on Christmas Day. Not a Jewish thing. Unless you are a cultural Christian and attend mass or you are running around to visit relatives or cook, Xmas day is probably a lazy chill out day for you where you can go to the movies.
