To My Fellow Trump Voters: You guys and Gals ROCK!!

America is lucky to have you, and so is this political forum. To the liberal opposition--you are wrong. About everything. And I'm guessing you for about 15. Why aren't you in school today?

Of course, PP would seem 15 to someone who is ancient and still stuck in the past. Monica! Blue dress! Cigar!

There is one very childish and liberal troll showing up here with her insults about Grandmas and old hags.

Let's get this straight - you are assuming that there is just one person calling out the older posters for being out-of-touch? Using dated terminology and having antiquated notions about society?

Just checking....

Yes, there is one poster with her Grandma, Granny, old hag remarks. There's an obvious tell.

Hate to break it to you, but there is at least more than one. Ask Jeff if you'd like.

Are the internets too hard for you, Granny? It's ok. Go back to watching your soaps.

I see you got rid of the tell. I cannot believe there is more than one liberwl demeaning people in their 40s with names like old hag and Granny. But maybe im giving the liberals too much credit.

It's not the age, it's the miles. If you don't want people calling you an old hag then stop acting like one. Use modern language and stop talking about minor events that happened decades ago.

Is wanting to enforce immigration law acting like an old hag? Also, FTR (look! so modern!), I was not the one who said guys and gals.

....and what minor events from decades ago? The 9/11 attack that explains why people were justifiably opposed to building a mosque on that site? I don't even know what minor incidents you're referring to. (And that's because you are talking to more than, to use your lovely liberal term, one "old hag."

I don't think so. With friends like this you don't need enemies. Besides the relationship, whether Facebook or real life, would be so superficial. It's not worth the time.

As I watched Daniel Day Lewis in Gangs of ew York yesterday, it reminded me that the immigration issue is an issue that goes back to before 1870's what is being said about the Latinos were said about the Irish, Polish, Chinese, and Italians. I guess by 2050 we will
Have a different group of immigrants and the Latinos will be screaming "keep them out we don't want them here".

You can fit almost half of all voters in a single stadium? The number of people who voted for Trump would populate New York City 12 times over.

Keep your head in the sand.

Just looking at the stats, darlin

How's that wall coming? Have any of your very fine people killed peaceful protestors recently? Who's bailed on your Herr Trump today?

You guys are surely proving just how sane, kind, and competent you are, on a daily basis.

Shouldn't you be beating your war drums right now or performing a sacrificial offering to the weapons of mass destruction contract God? Are you listening to your fav 1A Rights band Propha-Gandhi while shutting down the voices of simple taxpayers?

Antagonizing a group of people who feel prosperity has passed them by taking their taxes will not work past, present or future. Smh, people....This is Poli Sci 101.

Ummm okay. You say you are "punch the clock"-- on DCUM? Sorry, but telling Trumpkins how wonderful they are on DCUM is not a real job.

You say you believe in capitalism. So let's break it down. Supply and demand. We would not have a supply of undocumented works if there was not a high demand for low skill, low pay workers. And as for the dreamers and the H1B holders, etc.-- gonto school. Get a degree or training in a high demand field and compete in the open market for a job. That is the definition of capitalism.

You say you support law enforcement. But that apparently means supporting a rogue sheriff who knowingly violates a Court Order (aka, the rule of law). And has had three people (8ibcludibg a baby) die in his custody this year. Rooting for Arepio isn't supporting law enforcement. Working on the local level to support you LEO neighbors. And Trump could GAF about them. He has done nothing of substance to support them.

You say you believe in free speech. But what you really believe is that you should be able to say whatever crosses your mind, and no one should object or disagree. That you should be able to protest, without being bothered by pesky counterprotestors. That isn't free speech. It's fascism. Free speech means your opponent gets to disagree, counterproest anf ecpress their own opinions. With which you, in turn, can disagree.

Trump's tax plan would get rid of the mortgage deduction and pretax 401ks. The only people whose tax bills would be smaller is the top 1%. Dreamers have grown up her, gonebto college and taken good jobs. More importantly, the pay intonFICA and help keep it solvent for the Boomers.

And as for climate change, 2 words: Harvey and Irma.

So go ahead and congratulate yourself and your fellow Trumpkins. Then thinkthe issues through with your own brains. Read and learn something and try to have a thought that is too complex to be blasted far and wide in 140 characters.

I don't mind people who disagree with me, but the stupid, mindless, uncritical Fox News parrots need to stop. Disagree because that's what you believe when you turn off Fox News.

And, BTW-- a FOX News Poll says almost 60% of Smericans think Trump is tearing this country apart. So, there is that.

Anonymous wrote:Well, OP. I am a Trump voter. I don’t like everything he has said, but I do agree with the policies he wants to implement. I also agree with most of the EOs he has signed thus far.

I only wish people could be more reasonable in responses here on DCUM. The constant name calling and accusations thrown at anonymous posters is tiring and frankly, ridiculous.
I also believe that Republicans and Democrats really both desire what is best for our country - we just disagree about what those things are and how to achieve them.

I also believe that conservatives are outnumbers more like 20:1 here. Just my opinion.

I come here less frequently these days because of some of the name calling and stupid threads that appear. I will continue to come on occasion to be a voice of the vocal minority here.

But I am willing to hold my nose to the racism, global craziness and collusion with the Russian because tax cuts.

+1

When you vote for him, you are deciding that the things you abhor are not as important as the things you like. Seems hard to justify.

Nope. Liberal logic again. Obviously, we have decided that the things we abhor (like a few KKK rallies, which have always been around) are nowhere near as harmful to our country as liberal policies. That's why we have elections.

This is pretty much what my SIL said. Why don't you reread this post a few times? A few KKK rallies? We haven't had those in decades.

Sure we have. I accidently happened across a KKK rally some years ago (and I got out of that area pronto), and it was never mentioned on the national news. The local paper in the town where it occurred geve it a column inch.

I covered Louis Farrakhan spewing anti-semitism over 20 years ago on a New York campus for a journalism class I was taking. Take a moment to read NOI "blueprint." Why have people chosen ignore NOI their past transgressions? Could it be because of the good they are doing in their community or are they irrelevant to the current power structure?

The words I heard that day were absolutely despicable and I felt I was looking at pure Evil.

KKK has been around since 1865 and are traitors as far as I am concerned. Alas, the Supreme Court has spoken and given them protection under the First Amendment that those of use who operate in society benefit from.

Can one agree with you on Arepio and yet acknowledge that Trump has the right to pardon him just as Clinton pardoned Marc Rich or Obama commuted Chelsea Manning's sentence?

Can we agree that free speech should generally not be constrained but the answer is not violence by counter-protesters disagreeing with a point of view or preventing speakers from exercising their right of free speech?

Re hurricanes we have had numerous deadly ones before those during the past decade. Is climate change making things worse? Perhaps, but I'd like to see something definitive on how things are worse today with regard to hurricanes compared to the past. I googled this and there were other deadly hurricanes before climate change came into vogue. BTW, I am not a climate change denier.

On polls, it does not surprise me that 60% feel that Trump is divisive - it equates approximately to the percentage who did not vote for him. I suspect if there was a similar poll during Obama's presidency you would have about the same percentage. It reflects a divided and polarized nation. Besides, I really have become quite skeptical of polls given the recent record.

You guys love to make threats, too! You threaten us liberals for not liking you enough (or at all), you want to threaten NK into blowing us up, you want to threaten the country into building your idiotic wall. Such good people, you are! And such powerful negotiators, obviously, based on how successfully your agenda is going so far.
