Nicely accented with a touch of blush?

I graduated from college in 2000, and I knew several guys in college who used foundation/concealer to cover up skin imperfections. Had I not seen it in their rooms, I never would have known - it wasn't obvious at all.

No. It's not even a homophobic thing. I don't wear makeup more than once a year myself. We like natural.

I live in LA and even the men here I date (Hollywood) don't wear makeup. You are crazy op. Yes they wear faux tan but not make up, wtf! Some tint their lashes but no one is wearing concealer.

This is a great post. What is it about concealer that is gendered but spray tan and tinted eyelashes isn't?

Anonymous wrote:Just no. That would be a total deal breaker for me. I love my drag and trans friends dearly. But I wouldn't want to date them.

How many trans friends do you have?

Thank god I am older. Men wearing make-up--unless they are gay, rock star, on TV or a drag queen--wtf??

NYT did a piece years back on how Korean men where BB cream and other blemish concealers. As a woman, I seldom wear makeup, but I have at least one guy friend who uses concealer to lessen a large blemish.

It's not like this is the Forever War scenario. If DH wanted to use BB cream, I'd get him some.

What is the equivalent of 'make-up' for women?

What more typically masculine thing would make you say ewww, no, never, disgusting etc if a woman did it?
