Why is straight hair more attractive than curls?

Anonymous
I see few here saying straight hair is more attractive, but many saying it is more polished and professional.

The real question is why is straight hair seen as more professional than wavy or curly hair?

Also, while we are at it, why is being thick waisted so you look good in pencil skirts seen as more professional than than having a small waist and larger hips that will almost never look good in a pencil skirt unless you have a BMI quite below average?

Same. And I LOVE when black women wear their hair naturally. It's gorgeous. But no, I'm not going all Rachael Dolezal on people.

I'm not sure that's completely natural.

OP, to answer your question. I have always considered straight hair to be more attractive. For me, I think it's because curly hair is usually frizzy. So I don't think that it's the curl per se that I don't find as attractive, just the frizz.

The most attractive is any thick hair that can be cut and styled into any hairdo easily .
