$450k condo on $110k salary

You are 25 OP, don't buy a condo. Rent or find a roommate and pay off those student loans asap.

If you want to buy, go out to the burbs, buy a townhome or cheaper SFH in lower cost areas of Maryland, and rent rooms to fellow twenty something professionals.

My family is in the area and I plan on staying here as long as the job market for tech is strong.

From my anecdotal experience dating in the area, very few girls in my age range (22-27) are looking to settle down. I would eventually like to get married + kids, but that's probably 5-10 years down the road.

Women. If they're above 18, they're women. Not girls.

Np: oh, please - stop nitpicking. I'm a 45 yo woman and still say "girls" - you knew what he meant.

NP: you are 45 and still calling yourself a girl? I think that's sad.

I never said I call myself a girl.

She can call them girls, women, or chickie babes for all I care. This (girl, woman, chickie babe) clearly has her shit together.
