I am considering buying a rental property. Talk me out of it.

+1, sort of. Self-driving cars are going to change to landscape of housing and rental. Maybe 20 years before they are fully adopted.

I think this kind of prognosticating is sort of silly. Automation ALREADY has had a massive impact, and it did not seem to impact people's need to have a place to live.
