Thoughts on this house in Arlington (Bluemont)?

They're bashing it for the same reason they bash any school that isn't majority affluent. Welcome to Arlington, a segregationist's dream. Thanks to the realtors who are keeping the gates.

There are certainly places in Arlington where I'd be willing to spend over a million, but this isn't one of them. It's a choppy house on a cut-through street in a sub-par neighborhood.
