Team Hillary's plan re: health announcement

It is annoying.

This thread is important.

I will pull this back up in a year when Hillary makes her Parkinson's announcement and gives a personal interview to Barbara Walters and talks about how she is courageous and working hard despite her diagnosis with the support of Bill and Chelsea etc. and that she plans to be around a lot longer to see her grandchildren grow up. It will be heartwarming.

Unfortunately, the American people are being screwed because she was not forthcoming during the campaign.

See here's the thing. Even if Hillary were on her deathbed I would vote for her over Trump. Any day. At least I know there's a viable vice president waiting in the wings. Hillary's health has absolutely no impact on my choice in November. NONE.

OP, back to the topic at hand.

The question now, is what are they (Clinton campaign) going to do about this?

I think today's episode was devastating, potentially fatal to her campaign. There is simply no getting around, no explaining what happened today. Even the media -- reluctantly -- is going to have to concede that she is very sick indeed.

I think the drumbeat will start soon for her to step aside, but of course, there must be a plan for succession in place. I don't think it will automatically be Kaine. I think Biden's been waiting in the wings, and something will have to be worked out there. But it will be far from smooth and could take a couple of weeks, at minimum, to sort out. Meanwhile, Trump keeps his mouth shut (a long shot, I know) and doesn't say anything completely stupid (another long shot, of course) and his support continues to mount.

Cheryl Mills and John Podesta and Bill and Chelsea call the shots.

Secretary? I think she is much more than a 'secretary' and I don't know anyone in an executive position that uses that designation for someone that works for/with them in a support capacity. In fact, I can't remember that last time I heard someone call another person a secretary.

Not that they would be bound to divulge to the general public just becasue they work for a candidate but they wouldn't likely violate HIPAA if they did.

Hillary is within 2-3 points of Trump in both Arizona and Georgia, two states with a significant population of college-educated likely voters. In other words, a statistical deadheat. All she needs to do at this point is keep breathing until the first debate.

re: Secretary.

Huma is Hillary's Executive Assistant. Same thing as secretary.

Huma has no true power. This was plain as day from the email dump.

What happens when she collapses on stage or starts doing her Mr.Roboto dance at the debate?

According to the Republicans Reagan was the greatest president ever, and that was with rapidly advancing Alzheimer's.

Statements such as you spewed forth are meaningless and shows you don't know what you are talking about. Just partisan bs.

"The variability in the progression of Alzheimer's disease (AD) across patients has made identification of disease-delaying treatments difficult. Quantitative analysis of this variability has important implications in understanding the pathophysiology of AD and identifying disease-delaying treatments. The functional assessment staging (FAST) procedure characterizes seven stages in the course of AD from normal ageing to severe dementia. The present study applied statistical methods to analyse FAST stage durations from a dataset of 648 AD patients. These methods uncovered two distinct types of disease progression, characterized by different mean progression rates. We identified two separate distributions of FAST stage progression times differing by up to 2 years in mean duration within each stage. These results further indicate that if a patient progresses rapidly through a given FAST stage, then their further progression is also likely to be rapid. These findings support the hypothesis that progression of AD can occur via two different pathophysiological mechanisms that lead to distinct average rates of decline."

So, if it was as you say then his hit a wall since he lived another 15 years after leaving office.

It matters not because the alternative is a Trump presidency, which would be horrible for the country.

It's the belief of one or more paranoid Trumpkins that anyone who posts pro-Hillary things here is part of a conspiracy by the pro-Hillary super PAC Correct the Record to take over the internet and suppress the voices of Trump supporters.

np
And it's the belief of many HRC supporters that if you say anything negative about her then you are a Trump supporter.

The polls show that the majority don't like either candidate and the majority also don't trust either.

I don't personally believe it makes you someone who approves of Trump, but since it's going to be Trump or Clinton, tearing down Clinton implicitly supports the Trump campaign by trying to cut down the support for his opposition

Correct the Record.

Team Hillary's PAC run by David Brock which is spending millions to hire minions to wrote posts and comments on websites and forums to "Correct the Record" about Hillary.

Trump has millions of real supporters who do this for free. Hillary's campaign has to hire people to defend her/promote her.

CTR took over several sub Reddits. They are annoying. It is also suppressing free speech.

How do we know you are not Trump slave working to elect master by sending your money so he can self fund his campaign. How do we know you are not Trump minion out here to propagate master trump's bigot agenda?

Or she simply disappears 'forever'? ...long after the commercial break is over. How long will they wait for her to reappear?

Her medical records are clearly Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. I have no idea what you are tslking about.
