Speech delay recovery – positive stories?

Mine didn't say an intelligible word until 4 due to a tongue tie and speech delay. I cannot get him to stop talking now. My FWIW advice, don't be in denial, but also don't be railroaded into and ASD diagnosis. Get second and third opinions.
