Woman Scolds Man (in front of his child) for Using SNAP Benes

It's one thing to feel the way she does. It's another thing to publicly scold a stranger.

Example, I FEEL negatively about the hijab. I would never disrespect a person who chooses to wear it. My feelings about it are my own problem.

I'm still confused by this. Is this because it's full of people on food stamps, or it's filled with people who hate people on food stamps? Either way, I don't see why this is Walmart's fault.

Do you know that Wal Mart helps its employees apply for food stamps because it doesn't pay a living wage? So, Wal Mart is filled with both customers and employees on food stamps.

Because it's filled with ignorant people who don't have any manners and simply don't know how to behave appropriately in public.

Newsflash Walmart shoppers: it's not okay to go shopping in pj bottoms and curlers. And it's definitely not okay to start a fight with another shopper.

I think the success of amazon prime has a lot to do with middle class people not wanting to expose their kids to the dregs of society. Can you imagine having your four year old observe that? To hear multiple F bombs dropped?
You mean like the crass behavior of a certain billionaire presidential candidate?

IKR?

Fortunately, my four year old doesn't watch cable news.

+1000

Imagine the State of the Union addresses if that derelict gets elected.

I'm not convinced he knows how to read. I'm totally serious. He nevers reads a prompter...he always wings it.

Does anyone know if he's dyslexic or has a learning disability? Again, I'm not being snarky...I really think he might have an issue with reading. And that might explain his obvious overcompensation for his childhood inferiority complex.

No. You have just spent the last 8 years with the king if the TelePrompTer and now see that as the only way.

Wrong.

I've actually been at White House events and heard Obama give off the cuff remarks. He's very intelligent and articulate.

Trump nevers reads anything...and just rambles.

I'm being serious: has anyone seen him read? I'm truly concerned that he might not be able to.

Exactly on Obama. Obama delivers gazillions of remarks every week. He can't possibly rehearse every public speaking gig. FWIW, many folks of comparable stature use teleprompters. Have you ever seen the clip on when O'Reilly loses it when a production assistant muffed the cue cards? That said, Obama also delivers many off the cuff remarks every week.

In addition to Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom's, I also hit Walmart, Target, Costco, and the Dollar Store. Got a problem with that?

Nope. Why on earth would I care where you shop?

Get over yourself, pp.
You miss the point which is people shop everywhere and shouldn't be defined by where they shop.

Stay focused.

So you are definitely a narcissist, pp.

This isn't about you. Nobody cares where you shop. Nobody is defining you by where you shop.

The comments you are quoting reflect a perspective that some of us feel: we don't want to subject ourselves or our children to Walmart...for many reasons.

Again: this is not about you, pp. Geez.

??? What did Walmart ever do to you? Trust me, that woman's a bitch everywhere she goes, not just Walmart.

Ask not what Walmart has done to the people, but rather what the people have done to Walmart: http://www.peopleofwalmart.com/

I try to avoid Walmart. It just seems to draw more Jerry Springer type people than a lot of other places. One time I was there with DS and a dad was screaming at his young son, "shut the f*%#ck up or I'll beat you." It was sad for the child and it scared my son. Obviously this doesn't happen at every Wal Mart but I still try to avoid it.

What a bogus, self-righteous, better-than-thou statement. Just who the hell do you think you and your children are? You are no better than anybody else and with your bullshit statement. What a piece of pretentious work YOU are. Damn!

Oh, poor PP.

I guess you aren't aware of how Walmart abuses its employees...or perhaps you just don't care as long as you can save a buck?

I won't shop at Walmart just like I won't go to Sea World or the circus. I won't eat at Chik-fila or order pizza from Dominoes. It's called being socially aware and having a moral compass.

It's easy to have a so-called moral compass when you can afford to shop at overpriced Whole Foods. These are poor people who are more than happy to tell you what you can do with your moral compass. Life isn't always fair.

I've never set foot in Whole Foods. I'm not a moron.

And I'm responding to the pp who shops at Walmart AND Bloomingdales...

Well, my final comment is live and let live. If the poor can only afford to shop at Wal-Mart rather than starve to appease your sensibilities, then they should do so. It's not about you.

Couldn't care less where anyone shops. All I said is that I won't shop there. If you are a yuppie who likes to shop there, have at it.

If you are working a full time job but are on food stamps, you aren't the moocher. Your employer is.
