Yes, plenty of people actually. Even if you mean same day and same year, a friend from high school, and my cousin's wife, are both born on exactly the same day and year as I am.

I was a teacher and started at a new school and was matched with a co-teacher for certain subjects. We got along GREAT, and eventually learned that we were the same age. One day she mentioned her birthday month, and said "Oh, me too." Then we shared the dates and it was the same, and we were born at the same hospital in DC. This was probably 10 years ago and she's still one of my closest friends even though we don't work together anymore.

My best friend from high school and I had our babies on the same day - but the crazy thing is I was 42 weeks and she was 37 weeks. We were joking the whole time that would babies would be born on the same day since my pregnancies are always so long and hers so short. the morning I had my daughter I texted her at 3am to let her know my baby was here- and she was on her way to the hospital! Her daughter was born at 11pm that night.

In my 30 student elementary school class, there were three of us with the same birthday. One of my high school friends and I share a birthday as well.

My husband and I were born 14 hours apart.
My daughter's best friends are twins and their birthdays are the same as mine.
DS has a girl in his class that has the same birthday as him. (same day and year)
