I hope SNL does a part two, using Hello, in follow-up to a skit a few years ago that featured Someone Like You. So funny, and I bet the follow-up would be even better.

| I love her, what a voice...and she is so gorgeous too looks beautiful in her new video. |
|
Dislike the new song.
And it does sound like her previous work. |
| Lionel Richie approves. |

There's no bigger fan of Adele's "Hello" than Lionel Richie himself. The 66-year-old Grammy-winning artist, who enjoyed tremendous success with his own single called "Hello" in the early '80s, is thrilled about the newfound attention the decades-old song has received since Adele released her record-breaking track in October. After the song's debut, a video mashup of the British crooner hanging up the phone on the former Commodore immediately went viral, poking fun at the two hits' similar set of lyrics. |
| Every time I hear the opening word "hello" I expect "is it me you're looking for" to follow |

It's me. |
I agree with this, 100%. I actually laughed out loud when I heard the song, it was such a silly, derivative ditty. |
You don't like Hello or something else? |
Is it me you're looking for? |
I'm 36 and am a huge fan of Kate Bush and Tori Amos. |
Add Sarah McLachlan to that list. I love Adele but the new album is "meh". Lyrics are repetitive, her voice really gets screechy on some songs, and none of them blow me away. Really seems to lack the energy and passion I expect from her. |
It's me, Margaret. |
That was posted before the whole album released, so I'm pretty sure they were referring to Hello. |
