Where did you hear that from? DuFief was built in 1975 and has never been renovated or modernized. Also, the average classes sizes are K 19.5, 1-3 21.0, and 4-5 24.0. Not huge classes, but not 15 either.

we live near CS, but go to RP. We'd rather stay at RP, even with the overcrowding. We like the RM cluster.

Not 16:50, but I think people just have specific expectations of what school should be like, and if it doesn't meet all expectations, then they don't like it. JW is a mixed SES school. You will have some issues, but then, *all* schools have issues. Personally, I'd rather my MS kids see a few fights at school than be exposed to rampant drug use, cheating, etc.. That's just my opinion.
