Did anyone get into CMI or YY off the waitlist??

My friend's DC is #5 on the WL for CMI. She was told that an admissions offer was likely for her.

Currently #5 or did was her original PK3 WL #5? Asking because the WL has moved 7 spots, so if she had an original WL #5 for PK3, she would have received an offer already.

We just moved into the top 10 on the PK3 list at CMI.

Where were you all originally and does anyone know why do much movement?

The movement is because of the 17 additional slots that were added this year for PK3. As a current family, we are thrilled to welcome the new families!

It's moved 7 spaces for PK3 in the 11 days since the May 1 enrollment deadline--I'm totally new to this, so it doesn't seem like all that much movement to me, but perhaps that's a fast list compared to other schools or previous years? All I know is that we're thrilled it's moving--we were in the top 15 originally--and my only fear is that it'll stop now!

I think it's moved more than that--I checked this morning, and we're up 9 spots from where we started, but then again, we were further back in the pack. No chance it will go all the way down into the 30s, I guess?

CMI, MV and YY have all had significant movement but I think it will slow way down in the next few days. If people recall from last year, it doesn't move - then it moves fast once people make their choices the first couple of weeks - then it doesn't move again until round 2 - then no movement again really.

Best of luck to everyone.

There will also be movement the week before school starts and into the school year.

We've experienced similar movement for PK4. Does anyone know if they also added PK4 slots or a new class?
