Yes, absolutely, sometimes women experience no symptoms for months or years, and sometimes they never even experience the symptoms even if they have it.

It is entirely possible you gave this std to your girlfriend. Stop being a suspicious jerk.

So...Go see an M.D. and get tested. If it turns out you need meds, then go ahead and take them.

I got tested yearly, too, when single, even though I may not have had sex for a year (yes, that happened). Because it's there. Because it's better to know your health.
