Suggestions for make-at-home dinner for family with two young children?

Just wanted to say thanks - the baked chicked pesto recipe is the first new food I've gotten my super picky combination of kids to eat.

six o clock scramble cookbook is perfect for weeknight dinners. all items in it are quick and do not require a ton of ingredients, often you can sub-out the protein for another if you've had a lot of chicken that week for example. And, the author suggests simple sides for each meal, which can be as simple as raw baby carrots or cut up fruit - it was liberating to me to not have to think up sides for every meal.

They are boneless, skinless breasts each brushed w/half tsp jarred pesto, bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes, drop slices of mozz on top and let melt. Serve with a green salad, maybe some rolls and roasted broccoli florets w/two tsp EVOO & salt-free Mrs. Dash table blend that you've also popped in the oven at 425 for 15 minutes.

tried this a few days ago and really liked it. Going to be part of regular rotation.

Turkey sloppy joes. Rachael Ray has a great easy recipe.
