For me the outstanding questions for this final episode was what would be Jax's fate, how would he get his crew to vote in favor of Jax meeting Mr. Mayhem, and what was the condition he wanted from the other club whose President he killed in return for getting his club to vote in favor of mayhem for him. For me, only the first question was answered.

Pretty sure the condition from the other presidents was allowing them to accept an African American member.

That's what I thought it was too, being able to patch in the guys in the 9ers.
