| 10:13 again. One other thing that's fascinating about the series though is that now (several years later), new clues are appearing as people contact the narrator after they hear more details. Some of those contacts are surely BS, but others may yield actual info. Crazy. |

I continue to believe that Adnan is innocent. He did not commit the murder. I cn accept the possibility of having one more person involved, a girl could be and that would explain how Hae came in contact with Jay. Jay is my primary suspect because I still find it very fishy the fact that he got rid of his clothes, he cleaned finger prints etc. He knew what he was doing. On the other hand, Adnan didn't even think of an alibi.
Someone planned this but if was not Adnan doing the planning and I doubt he was even involved. |
| Okay, I didn't read past the second post. Cool I found this on this on the TuneIn Radio app. Thanks! |
| Last podcast comes out Thursday. How do you think it will end? |
Unsatisfyingly. We will never know the truth about what happened. But at least we will never have to hear Christina Gutierrez's voice again. |
|
Sarah will say she still has some doubts, but that she can't point to any one instance where justice was clearly denied.
The other thing in my head is that she may say that the innocence project has ended their involvement, meaning they are convinced Adnan is guilty. |
I don't think they have. I read they are filing/have filed a motion for review of possible forensic evidence. |
That was several months ago though, right? The podcast has been very quiet recently about their progress, if any. That is what makes me wonder if there is something lurking. IMO this show spends way to much time wondering what sort of person Adnan is or was...to me that is totally irrelevant to the crime (although it makes for interesting radio, to be sure.) He could easily have just snapped, tough teenage breakup and all. I don't know if he did or didn't do it, but a jury listening to all of the evidence available to it decided pretty quickly he did. And his defense wasn't actual innocence - it was reasonable doubt. the actual innocence is a more recent strategy. |
So true!

It is horrible! She sounds half drunk, half asleep. |
| My issue is that, so far, there has not been any other possible suspects or reasons given as to why it would have been anyone but Adnan. It does seem that she had to have met her killer on the school grounds. My only thought would be Stephanie did it and Jay may have been involved. Jay blames Adnan to cover for her/them. Stephanie would have been known to Hae (doesn't seem Jay would have been so more difficult for him to get to her alone) and Steph may have been mad at her for hurting Adnan. But, the fact that Adnan never called Hae's cell phone when she was missing seems pretty damning. |
I haven't heard any convincing motive for Adnan to have done it either. They went out, they broke up, they both moved on. I think it's fairly suspect that he didn't call her after he heard she was missing, but I also just do not really buy the "angry Muslim kills ex-girlfriend for disrespecting him" motive. I actually think the serial killer theory makes a lot more sense than this girl getting killed by someone she knows. |
Then how did Jay know where the car was? If Adnan didn't do it, then either Jay did it (maybe Hae had threatened to tell Stephanie about his STEPPING OUT?) and framed him, or Jay framed him to cover up for someone else...It can't just be a random serial killer. |
|
If Adnan didn't do it, who did? Jay. Jay did it. The only question in my mind is whether he did it with Adnan, with someone else, or alone.
I think Jay did it with someone else. |
| Last episode is up .... What do we think?! |
