For me, this order: 1) I don't know if this counts, but the work. Highest quality work I've seen in my career. 2) Having an office that is really well run including a fantastic assistant, great technology. 3) Money. 4) Flexibility. If you are going to be working a lot, it is nice to have the freedom to work on your own schedule. 5) Extras like free meals.
