Are you attracted to men of other races?

White woman. Married to a white guy but have dated one black man in my past. I find some Indian men attractive (not the tech nerds around here though), some black men attractive, but almost never Asian or Latino men. I do like some Arab men but again, a specific looking kind of Arab man.

I'm white and most attracted to white and black men. Some East Asians as well but not generally as a whole. Unfortunately, after a very serious and bad experience with a darker skinned Latino, I am very turned off by them.

Just personal preference, I think. I'm Asian, DH is white. Our kids our *gorgeous*, if I do say so myself They don't exactly like either of us. They are a combo, and IMO, as kids should be.

I agree with the other poster: it's about bone structure, height, build, the way they carry themselves. Having stated this, most of the men I've met that I've been physically attracted to are mixed white with another race or full white.

I married a handsome Asian guy - very tall, darker skin and masculine, while I'm Caucasian. Our bi-racial child is gorgeous. I've known my DH for so long, I never think of our differences.

I've dated an Egyptian (super HOT), but mostly Caucasians. It just so happened that my DH and I were friends for years before we became romantically involved, I wasn't attracted to him initially. I now find some Asians attractive.

I'm American born Pakistani, and I actually do find Pakistani men very attractive and I am most attracted to them. My DH is Arab and hot but I always thought that tall and dark men were very handsome!

I don't find white men generally people I'm attracted to or men of other races. However if a man is uber masculine then irrespective of race he's attractive!

AA woman here. Attracted and have dated all races. My type is tall, slim, and cute and with a goatee. I wish more men of other races wore goatees. The Asian and white guys I dated had them and it's such a nice, masculine look. I don't like a bare face on any man. I used to date about 50/50 Black and Latino men when I was younger. I date more Black men than anything now lately. I have been told I prefer caramel men.

There are very few men that I have found to be drop-dead gorgeous. Attraction for me has to transcend looks.

I find some celebrities of different races drop-dead gorgeous (when they were in their early 30s) - though it is a very short list.
Indian - Some Bollywood actors
African American - Denzel Washington
Asian - Russell Wong
Latin - Antonio Banderas
White - Paul Newman

Well, if it is that particular poster, a lot of other posters here are proving his point.

I am not that poster who seemed obsessed with the subject but as a South Asian married to another South Asian, it certainly made me aware that I have rarely met a South Asian man married to a really attractive white woman. This is not to say they are unattractive but in most cases they are at best above average though most are very average and many are overweight. Some of these guys are fairly good looking and certainly hold excellent jobs making a pretty good income.

But if they are happy and glad to have each other, what does it matter?

Well, I can't speak to South Asians, but my experience has been the opposite. My DH is east asian, I am white. While couples like us are relatively rare, I've noticed that other women I've seen and those in my own circle who are in similar relationships mostly range from above average to extremely attractive. In addition, all the ones that I know personally are well educated and well mannered.

I do too! I have a big crush on Abhishek Bachchan. That man is sexy! I find most of the younger Desi men in Bollywood films extremely attractive. Unfortunately, I almost never see those types of men out in public here in DC. Now when I visit New York or Houston I see attractive Indian men all the time. I do have an Indian neighbor who is very hot. If we both weren't married, then I wouldn't mind hitting that a few times. LOL!
