How is that Jinger wearing pants is "non-modest" but Jill sticking her huge baby belly in our face is modest. And Anna runs wild yelling about horrific Islamic holidays (turns out one is from the old testament ---oops) No logic. Just life in Jim Bob land.

Has anyone ever contacted jinger to ask if she wants to move out? And I wonder if she would have liked to stay for Amy Duggars reception.....shes 21. I can't believe the only thing the Duggar girls want to do is marry and have kids. There's more to life than that. Why can't they be supported to follow their own dreams. Makes me mad

I don't think you're understanding the point of this thread. I don't think anyone has ever seen a Duggar girl wearing anything but a skirt or dress, no pants or shorts. Ever! Duggar boys don't even wear shorts!

Does anyone remember the episode where they ran a race? They all had to wear jeans even when the trainer suggested that they wear something else. Or what about when they went swimming?

Well since this old thread was brought back, Jinger was seen recently wearing Bermuda shorts. She regularly wears above-the-knee skirts as well. Her new husband is more of a mainstream Christian so maybe she is starting to express more of her own views on modesty now that she's out of her parents house.

You know, it's not that any of the girls look bad in the skirts that they're wearing in that picture. I probably wouldn't even notice their "modesty" if I saw them out and didn't know about it, but I'm happy to see that Jinger is doing her own thing.

Is there any chance this is the dress code for some other christian sect I'm unaware of? Like, could her wearing of pants be seen as more modest for a different group?
