Hey if you are a teen reading this please do not use this method for BC. This will get you pregnant. Go to Planned Parenthood and get some real protection.

I'm the PP. Ironically, I was a teen that got pregnant on the para guard. Thanks for the advice though!

A number of my friends and I used diaphragms way back when. We all had UTIs pretty often.

Warning to women 40+ using natural tracking methods, your body will get wacky, and you can end up with crazy random ovulations. My last child was one of those.

I am the result of a slipped diaphragm, and I got pregnant using a diaphragm. I don't know about my mom, but I made a serious effort to use it really carefully. I tried it because the pills I tried made me depressed and moody and there weren't as many options as there are today.
