Becoming an FBI Agent

Nothing wrong with the FBI, but they aren't the only game in town. If she is into doing paperwork, there are a lot of other federal investigator positions at many fed agencies.

If she worked for a major metropolitan PD, she could likely work her way into an investigator position in about 5yrs. Her pay probably won't be as much as an FBI agent, but it will still be pretty good.
