According to Tori, her mom was always jealous if her fathers affection towards her. That caused the rift and us why mom hasn't helped financially since. Father was losing his mind in his later years and didn't provide for her in the will for that reason. She expressed financial difficulty before he passed and he gave her $500, not knowing the cost of things as he declined.

No, no, I meant understandable why she might think that, given that they apparently had sex the first day they met (while married to other people) and had supposedly had an active sex life before. I read it as she thought she had to have sex with him so he wouldn't go elsewhere.

She was on a hit TV show for years - even if her dad had something to do with the show - I am sure she was still paid.

Then she wrote some books and hosted a TV show recently.

So she had her own money but she just wasted it. Maybe that's why her mom isn't so keen to dole out anymore to her.
