but both fannie and freddie are hiring. They are hiring Java and SOA developers.

But you need to apply with the head hunter firms like Collabra, Tata, Kforce, Brito etc. They are placing the people in for interviews.

Fannie hire's most of the IT staff using head hunter firms that do the pre-qualifications.
