I blew my diet this weekend, not on Cheez-its but wine and a nice heavier than normal lunch. Plus I ate some potato chips - ugh.

At any rate, the box of Cheez-its I have in my house has 11 servings @ 140 calories per serving. So 11 X 140 calories which is 1540 calories I think. That's bad. But you can cancel those calories out over the course of the week with diet/exercise. It's not even a pound, you could have done way worse.

I just ate a bowl full of home-made chicken broth (boiled for 20 hrs) with cauliflower cooked in it and plenty of himilayan salt. HOme made bread and a tangerine. OOPS - wrong thread.
