Pay raise for Starr?

I attended this meeting and be was absolutely dismissive of Dan Reed. He can respectfully disagree, but he was rude. He also took very few questions and used up all his alotted time talking. That's not a listening session. I am new to MCPS. Us this what Weast was like? Starr lacks leadership in a role that requires communicatation skills, an area in which he has a big deficit.

I think Starr is worst than Weast. He's more overtly rude and dismissive and more arrogant with less experience to be arrogant about.

Please remember that Weast was not only also rude, dismissive, and arrogant, but threatened to sue the county over maintenance of effort.
