I actually really like it. Except for the toilet. I don't care if people see me shower or whatever, but it does look like their are some curtains for the bath area, not sure what they cover though.
The toilet thing is odd. I need privacy with that. Maybe it has that awesome glass there the windows fog up when you lock the door? |
| The worst part of this house for me is that there are so few windows. I prefer lots of natural light in my house. |
Since you appreciate modern design, you should know that the 1950s spawned a lot of modern design. I generally hate that houses in Arlington just keep getting plowed under, but I like that this isn't a "Craftsman." |
| I'm in love with this house. |
| looks like a vertical trailer home |
| Like the insides, hate the outside (esp the concrete). Weird giraffe. |
| I love it. I actually live in a house that has similar styling - same window style, grey stucco, simple and modern. |
|
the upper left window is just like the old prison in Alexandria that I used to pass on 495. Like a rectangle building with long/skinny windows without panes. yuck.
maybe rectangles could work for a mansion, but not a more average sized home. |
Same here. The inside is outstanding. The only thing I don't like is the high-gloss flooring. |
| I love it. And I'm also a fan of 1930s Sears houses. |
| Love this house we lived close to it and just bought a house elsewhere. I always wanted to see what it looked like from the inside. How's my chance. |
