F*%#ing c-sections - secondary infertility

I have unexplained secondary infertility, been trying for 4 years now (pregnant right away with my daughter who is 4.5). Anyhow, I did not have a c-section but I did have an HSG which showed a blocked tube. I had an operative hysteroscopy and they found a polyp completely blocking my right fallopian tube. Polyp was removed and the rest of my uterus was clear. Dr. said I should have no problem getting pregnat. That was 3 years ago. All my tests and my husband's tests are fine. IUIs and IVFs all failed. I have no answers. At this point I have given up all hope of ever being pregnant a second time.

I have heard dr James Robinson for scarring locally. I’m going to see dr Keith Isaacson in Boston for scarring because I heard he and someone named dr March in Pasadena are th me best in the country for scarring.
