Since when is it acceptable to bring your dog EVERYWHERE?

To fly with your dog you need to purchase a ticket for the dog. Airlines are not keen to do so, but make concessions from time to time

People have not complained because you cannot resist the cute poochie-ness of this dog. No one can. I'm serious.

They just don't tell you. Trust me, not everyone loves your dog.

I hate your dog and the fact you bring her into these places. I am allergic to dogs. When you leave, the dander stays and I am then allergic to it. Stop being so selfish.

I am all for service animals for the blind etc. their need to see trumps my allergies. But someone else's emotional comfort does not temp my physical allergies and asthma!

You should wear a surgical mask and carry beat up shopping bags to complete your whole package of crazy hate.

PP who had the stories about open houses back again. My husband and I were mattress shopping the other day in a walkable area with three different mattress stores all clustered together (by the way, why do they do that?) when a woman came into Mattress Store A with her two big leashed dogs to look at pillows. Mattress Store A guy let her in, she tied up the dogs to one of the display beds, and proceeded to look at pillows. She then said that the guys at Mattress Stores B and C had told her she couldn't come in, so she would be buying from Mattress Store A.

With dogs and Open Houses, I suspect that people in the neighborhood are walking their dogs, saw the Open House sign, and decided to see if they could pop in. I doubt that dog owners are spending the day cruising open houses on the theory that their dogs are appropriately included.
