Accupuncture and infertility

I had a similar experience as the 17:51 poster. I had the consult and then sent her my protocol which she was then to set up the appts based on the protocol (she knew I was starting stims within the week). Never heard another word back from her! Total waste of $100+ for the consult. I loved Deb Early, although it didn't work for me...

Lisa Eaves is awesome. I only saw her a few times and wanted pretty specific appointments based on ivf transfer. I was a new patient and she still worked me in and was lovely to deal with. I also trust that she knows what she is doing. She offers free seminars so you could check her out that way too.

^ Also, no bs initial consult fee. First appointment is a chat and then treatment, same cost as the others.

I started with Deb and switched to Kerri. Liked them both, had no problems. Did herbs and acupuncture. Had success on my IVF after 3 rounds.
Went to Lisa's seminar and that was helpful too. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. Kerri took my insurance so I stayed with her.

08:47 poster. Why didn't you call to set up appointments when you didn't get a call back? I have to constantly call my nurse at Columbia because they get too busy to always call me back.

hmm, I never had to follow up with my nurse on protocols. I took that as a sign she wouldn't be a good fit for me (and likely there would be issues getting appts). She knew time was of the essence after our first meeting. If I am paying you (and this was all OOP) I expect a certain level of service...

So I'm lying? I have the invoice from her. It was an hour consultation and she DID charge me. Think it was $110...

10:47, I think the poster is saying that SHE did not have to pay a consult fee for HER acupuncture consult.

Yikes.

This is 9:13/9:14. I am not even sure what you are talking about and I do not see anywhere in this thread (maybe I missed it) where someone says they paid for a consult with Lisa Eaves. At any rate, I was simply adding that i did not pay an initial consult fee with her, or waste (IMO) an hour of time going through a long protocol review. Wow.
