What is the one kitchen gadget or appliance you wish Santa would bring this year?

The Kitchenaid ice cream attachment is pretty great! If you wanted to do something smaller or baking related, maybe a little cake decorating kit or cupcake papers and cupcake decorating stuff.

I use a skillet too, but it seems like the quesadilla maker would be so much simpler. I hate trying to flip them and have all the toppings flop everywhere.

I got one for Christmas from my brother. It is a bit messy and you have to have a specific sized quesadilla.

I used it like crazy for 2 weeks and have since abandoned it. I mainly use the toaster oven now.

I put toppings on one side, fold tortilla in a semi-circle, and use a fish spatula to turn:

See, I hate the kitchenaid ice cream attachment. It would be much wiser to buy the (better) Cuisinart ice cream maker. The attachment is a major PITA to freeze and if you are making ice cream on a summer day you better have the air conditioning on or the bowl won't stay cold enough until the ice cream is done.
