I am thanking the powers that be who prevented me from buying the Halloween candy on Friday.
However, I've eaten enough other stuff that I don't think it made a difference in total caloric intake. |

| I swear I ate better today than I have in ages. I made us a good meal in the early afternoon - salmon, brown rice, and lentils - and we never really broke out the junk. Of course, now it's 3am and I'm starving..... |

| OP. Scale reads 1 lb heavier this morning. But there's still time to catch up because I'm pretty sure Halloween will happen tomorrow which means I can raid my kid's Trick or Treat bucket for the "gross candy." By gross candy I mean the candy I love that I tell her is nasty and she would hate it. |
