Long shot cheese question if you grew up in Western NY...

While I didn't grow up there, I spent six years in school in Central New York. Wegman's is the best! Just stopped there recently for Dinsoaur BBQ sauce.

For the poster from MoCo, there's a Wegman's in Frederick on Route 15, which is shortly after you cross the I-70 interchange.

OP here. Isn't farmer cheese moist? Can't remember. The cheese I am thinking of is hard and dry.

Updating -- The garlic cheddar cheese is NOT the cheese I am looking for. Trying horseradish cheddar next!
