Elementary school for child w/severe ADHD

I agree with the Auburn SS rec. Really seems like a great program and we are seriously considering it starting in middle school (we are happy enough now). In order for DC to pay, your child has to really really really be failed by the system. It used to be easier and I actually know people who got funded without ever even having their child start in DCPS. However, it is getting harder as they are making more of an attempt to serve these kids (not that they do, necessarily, but they are trying) and also they are seriously concerned with how high the numbers of funded kids are.
